When you purchase the ACMI software license, ACMI personnel will work with you to provide the following:

Identification of Your Requirements
ACMI personnel will work with your personnel who are familiar with your databases to make certain
- We understand the way your data is stored
- What data fields you have, along with their codes and titles
- How you utilize your data and what you want from it

Installation of Software Using Your Data
- ACMI personnel will build data definition files and data dictionaries for all of your data fields, codes and titles
- ACMI software currently contains data definition files and data dictionaries for all ICD9-CM diagnosis and procedure codes with Medicare titles as well as the DRG, CPT, and HCPCS codes and their titles

Protection of Privacy Act Data
- ACMI personnel will build data definition files and data dictionaries for all of your data fields, codes and titles
- ACMI software currently contains data definition files and data dictionaries for all ICD9-CM diagnosis and procedure codes with Medicare titles as well as the DRG, CPT, and HCPCS codes and their titles
- ACMI personnel will work with your data on your computers at your work site to ensure its complete protection
- ACMI personnel have worked with privacy act data for 20 years and understand the criticality of its protection

Password Protection
The ACMI Software System is password protected. A user must enter the USER ID and password to get into the system. The USER ID, date and time are printed on every report.

Training for Super Users
- ACMI personnel will work extensively with and train super users to install, maintain and update your data, as you require
- After installation and training, your super user personnel can update your database in minutes at any time as often as required
- Initially the super user assigns every user a login id, often the user’s name or initials, and a generic password. After logging in the first time, the user must change the password
- ACMI personnel will provide technical support for trained super users

- To define and illustrate all the special functions, parameters, and key words with detailed instructions and screenshots in color

Phone Consultation
ACMI personnel will provide phone consultation on using the ACMI software to analyze your healthcare data per contract terms

Annual License/Maintenance Fee
ACMI will provide fiscal year updates for the ACMI software for ICD9-CD, CPT, DRG, and HCPCS codes as well as other data field changes or additions Medicare makes
